Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which payments made to AxisTech Group Inc., a Texas-registered company, are handled.
By purchasing any service, package, or subscription, the Client agrees to this Refund Policy.
1. General Policy
All services provided by AxisTech Group Inc. are:
- Digital in nature
- Time-based
- Resource-based
- Customized per client
Due to this, all payments are generally non-refundable once services have commenced.
2. Setup Fees
All setup fees are strictly non-refundable.
Setup fees cover:
- Initial onboarding
- System configuration
- Resource allocation
- Project planning
Work begins immediately after onboarding, making these costs unrecoverable.
3. Monthly Subscription Fees
Monthly service fees are:
- Billed in advance
- Non-refundable once the billing cycle has started
No partial or prorated refunds will be issued for unused time within a billing cycle.
4. Business Growth Engine (Tier 1–5)
For Tier packages:
- A minimum 3-month commitment applies
- No refunds will be issued during or after this period
- Early cancellation does not waive payment obligations
5. Individual Services
For standalone services:
- Payments are non-refundable once work has started
- A 30-day notice period applies for cancellation
- A $500 termination fee is required for asset transfer and ownership
6. Termination & Transition Fees
Termination of services does not entitle the Client to any refund.
Applicable termination fees must be paid in full before:
- Transfer of files
- Release of systems
- Ownership rights
7. No Chargeback Policy
The Client agrees not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting AxisTech Group Inc.
Any unauthorized chargeback:
- Will be treated as a breach of agreement
- May result in immediate service suspension
- May lead to recovery of:
- Disputed amount
- Chargeback fees
- Administrative costs
- Legal expenses
AxisTech Group Inc. reserves the right to dispute all chargebacks with supporting documentation.
8. Service Delivery Disclaimer
Refunds will not be issued based on:
- Dissatisfaction with results
- Marketing performance
- Business outcomes
- Delays caused by Client
- Failure to provide required information
9. Exceptions
Refunds, if any, are granted solely at the discretion of AxisTech Group Inc.
Any exception does not create a precedent or obligation for future refunds.
10. Third-Party Costs
Payments made to third-party providers (including but not limited to hosting, domains, advertising platforms, CRM systems, or software subscriptions) are:
- Non-refundable
- Subject to the terms of the respective provider
11. Agreement with Terms
This Refund Policy forms part of and must be read alongside:
- Terms & Conditions
- Service Agreement (Tier 1–5 or individual services)
In case of conflict, the Terms & Conditions shall prevail.
