AxisTech Group offers an official Affiliate Referral Program designed for individuals, marketers, agencies, consultants, and business professionals who would like to refer clients to our services and earn ongoing commissions.
How the Program Works
As an approved AxisTech Group affiliate partner, you may refer businesses and clients to our services including, but not limited to:
- Website Design & Development
- CRM & Automation Solutions
- Social Media Marketing
- SEO Services
- Branding & Creative Services
- Bookkeeping & Accounting Services
- Taxation & Financial Services
- AI & Business Automation Solutions
Once a referred client signs up and completes payment, the affiliate partner becomes eligible for commission payouts in accordance with the terms below.
Commission Structure
Affiliate partners will receive:
25% Commission on All Client Payments
This includes:
- One-time setup fees
- Recurring monthly payments
- Ongoing subscription payments
- Renewals and continued service payments
As long as the referred client remains active and continues making payments to AxisTech Group, the affiliate partner will continue receiving 25% commission on all qualifying payments received from that client.

Note: These calculations are based on the standard package pricing. Any custom add-ons or separate advertising budgets managed by AxisTech Group Inc. are not included in these specific mock-ups unless otherwise specified in your agreement.

This table illustrates how many active monthly referrals an affiliate needs to reach specific passive income milestones. Because AxisTech Group Inc. pays 25% on recurring fees, your income grows and stays consistent as long as your referrals remain clients.

Note: Referral counts for Tier 3 and above are rounded up to the nearest whole client.
The "Upfront Bonus" Advantage
In addition to the recurring monthly income shown above, affiliates receive a 25% commission on the one-time setup fee for every new client. This provides an immediate cash injection while the passive income builds.
- Tier 1 Setup Bonus: $125.00
- Tier 3 Setup Bonus: $300.00
- Tier 5 Setup Bonus: $625.00
Example Scenario:
If you refer just one Enterprise Growth Platform client per month, by the end of your first year you would be earning $3,750/month in passive income, having already pocketed $7,500 in upfront setup commissions.
Affiliate Eligibility
To participate in the program:
- All affiliates must receive approval from AxisTech Group
- AxisTech Group reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application
- Affiliates are expected to market and represent AxisTech Group professionally and ethically
Commission Payment Terms
- Commissions are paid only after successful receipt of client payment
- Failed, refunded, disputed, or reversed payments are not commissionable
- Affiliate payouts may be processed on a scheduled payout cycle determined by AxisTech Group
- AxisTech Group reserves the right to modify payout schedules and program terms at any time
Program Rights & Limitations
Affiliate partners may not:
- Misrepresent AxisTech Group services
- Make unauthorized guarantees or promises
- Represent themselves as employees or legal representatives of AxisTech Group
- Use misleading, deceptive, or unethical marketing practices
AxisTech Group reserves the right to terminate affiliate partnerships at its discretion if any misuse, misrepresentation, or policy violation occurs.
Additional Affiliate Program Terms
Existing Clients May Become Affiliates
Active clients of AxisTech Group are also eligible to participate in the Affiliate Referral Program. Existing business relationships with AxisTech Group do not restrict participation in the affiliate program.
Referral & Client Onboarding Process
Affiliate partners are responsible for introducing and referring potential clients to AxisTech Group.
However:
- All official consultations, onboarding procedures, agreements, and payment collection processes will be handled directly by authorized representatives of AxisTech Group
- All payments for services must be made directly to AxisTech Group by the referred client
- Affiliates are not authorized to independently collect payments on behalf of AxisTech Group unless explicitly approved in writing
Affiliate Commission Payments
Affiliate commissions will be paid separately by AxisTech Group to the affiliate partner based on qualifying payments successfully received from referred clients.
Commission payouts will be calculated in accordance with the agreed 25% commission structure outlined within the Affiliate Referral Program.
Affiliate Agreement & Protection
All affiliate partners will be required to sign an official Affiliate Partnership Agreement with AxisTech Group prior to participation in the program.
The agreement is designed to:
- Protect both the affiliate partner and AxisTech Group
- Establish clear commission structures and payout terms
- Define referral ownership and responsibilities
- Maintain professionalism, transparency, and operational clarity between both parties
No affiliate relationship will be considered officially active until the required agreement has been completed and approved by AxisTech Group.
